  • First-time cases with a BAC of .15 or higher must install an Ignition Interlock during the license suspension period for seven months and up to one year thereafter.
  • For a second offense, the Ignition Interlock requirement period is anywhere from one to three years.
  • A third or subsequent offense means an Ignition Interlock is required anywhere from one to three years.
