However, you will be eligible to drive your company’s vehicle without an Interlock once the suspension period has ended. For Pennsylvania, there is the option to apply for an occupational limited license (OLL) after your driving privileges are suspended because of an DUI. This will restrict your driving privileges, but you’ll be able to drive to and from work or school. You’ll usually need an Ignition Interlock installed in your non-commercial vehicle to meet OLL requirements.
